This policy explains what personal data satisFIND collects, why, who sees it, and what rights you have. We aim to follow every privacy law that applies to us, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

1. Who we are

satisFIND is a Trust Experience Management platform run by SATISFIND PTE. LTD. (Singapore company, UEN 201322807R), 21 Tan Quee Lan Street, #02-04 Heritage Place, Singapore 188108, together with its affiliate SatisFIND Technology Private Limited, 26B Banjara Hills, MLA Colony, Road No. 12, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034, India (together "satisFIND", "we", "us").

We act in two roles:

• As controller, we decide why and how your data is used. This covers website visitors, people who contact us, our marketing contacts, client account users, and satisFINDERs (our mystery shoppers).
• As processor, we handle data on behalf of our business clients, for example survey responses and mystery-shopping reports. The client is the controller, and its own privacy notice applies. If you are asked about this data, please contact the client first.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us: name, company, job title, email, phone, address, messages, form entries, survey answers, preferences, and billing details.
• satisFINDER data: contact and identity details, demographics and shopping preferences used to match assignments, payment details for payouts, location data you choose to share, and photos, audio or notes from assignments.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, and time stamps.
• Support conversations: our support agent is an AI system provided by ElevenLabs. When you talk or chat with it, we collect the conversation, which may include a voice recording, a transcript, and anything you tell it.
• Cookies and similar technologies: described in our Cookie Policy. Optional cookies are set only with your consent.
• Information from others: business partners, resellers, clients who invite you to a survey, and public business sources.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as health, religion or political views. Where an assignment requires it, we ask for your explicit consent first.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

Under the PDPA, Philippine and Indian laws, we rely on your consent or on the legal grounds those laws allow, such as performing a contract or meeting a legal duty. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only as needed:

• satisFIND group companies in Singapore and India.
• Service providers who work on our instructions: hosting of our platform and database (Emergent), cloud storage for uploaded files such as images, receipts and audio recordings (Amazon Web Services, in the European Union), email (Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365), customer relationship management and marketing (HubSpot), our AI support agent (ElevenLabs), payments (Stripe), analytics and advertising (Google, HubSpot, Meta and LinkedIn, only with your consent), and professional advisers.
• Clients, where you take part in a survey or assignment for them.
• Resellers and partners who help deliver satisFIND to a client.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.
• A buyer or investor, if satisFIND is involved in a merger, sale or financing.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

satisFIND is based in Singapore, with an affiliate in India and a team in Europe, so your data may be handled in several countries. The images, receipts and audio recordings uploaded to our platform are stored with Amazon Web Services in the European Union. Our platform and database are hosted by Emergent. Emergent and some of our other providers, such as Microsoft, HubSpot, ElevenLabs and Stripe, and, only with your consent, Google, Meta and LinkedIn, may process data in the United States or other countries.

Whenever personal data is sent to another country, we make sure it stays protected:

• Data from the EU or EEA: we rely on an EU adequacy decision where one exists, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Data from Singapore: we require the recipient, by contract, to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
• Data from the Philippines and India: we use contracts that give the protection those countries' laws require.

6. How long we keep data

We may keep data longer to resolve a dispute or meet a legal duty. To ask for deletion, email the address in section 10. We confirm in writing once it is done.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, and regular reviews of our systems and suppliers. No online service is completely secure, so we also maintain a breach response procedure. If a breach affects you, we notify you and the regulators as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also object to direct marketing at any time. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

• EU: you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, for example the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
• Singapore: you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (pdpc.gov.sg).
• Philippines: you can complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
• India: you can request access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal, and complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
  
  

9. Children and other points

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find it. We do not make decisions about you that have legal effect using only automated means. Our site may link to other websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell account holders by email if a change is significant.
